Vegetable Noodles with Creamy Basil Sauce

Crispy vegetable noodles with a surprising creamy sauce made with cashews and basil.

Soak cashews for about one hour.  

Vegetable noodles

Clean carrot, courgette and radish and grate them. Now you have thin crispy noodles. 

Basil Sauce

Purée basil with cashews and garlic. Season with salt and lemon sauce. Place on noodles.
