Tomato Cream Soup with Sea Lettuce and Sesame

Directions

Soak Lifefood sea lettuce (10 minutes) and truly raw cashews (2 hours) in water.

Peel onions and garlic and cut them into mixer-friendly pieces. Cut tomatoes. Put the ingredients to you blender, add cashews, water, lemon juice, soy sauce, miso, pepper and chili. Mix everything on the highest lever, until your ingredients turn into a creamy, slightly warm soup. Season it to your taste!

Pour the cream soup into small bowls or soup plates. Garnish with soaked sea lettuce and sprouts. Finally sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve the soup with Lifefood Tomato Chili Flax Crackers! Enjoy every moment. Made with love.
