Directions

Spiralize pumpkin and beetroot into long spaghetti.

Mix water, ground pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almond paste and olive oil into an aromatic dressing. Season with salt, nutmeg, lemon juice, mushroom powder, apple syrup and pepper. Enjoy every moment.

Place the juicy veggie spaghetti on a plate, feel free to decorate and place the dressing on top.
