Directions

Start off with blending pumpkin pulp and water to get the smooth basis of your pumpkin soup. Next cut the garlic clove into fine slices. Add the garlic slices and the remaining ingredients to the soup, then stir well. To finish your dish add more agave nectar, almond puree and pumpkin seeds as well as Lifefood Indian Cashews and refine the soup to your preference. 

For decoration you can garnish it with pumpkin seeds as well as Indian Cashews.
