Cut avocado, mango and peach into small cubes. Chop cashews, dates and mint leaves and mix them together with all the Lifefood ingredients in a bowl. Now add as much orange juice or almond milk you like. In the last step you fold the buckwheat in the salad. Done! Your dish is ready.
