Easter Bunny Cake

Directions

Dough

First, finely grate the carrots, hazelnuts and flaxseeds. Set aside half of flaxseed. Now blend the dates with water. Mix all the ingredients with cocoa powder and make the dough. Put aside before the cream is finished.

Cream

Mix macadamia nuts with water, orange zest and vanilla powder and blend into a fine cream.

Forming the bunny

Sprinkle the second half of ground flaxseed on the plate to avoid the dough to stick. Now take a bunny mold, or any shape with Easter motif and push the dough into it. With raisins and goji create the bunny´s face.
