Energy Booster Smoothie
2 bananas
2 apples
1 mango
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 small handful of raw cacao beans
1 tsp. of maca powder
Blend all in a blender until liquid and smooth. Drink the whole thing and feel the energy in your body.
You can modify this recipe with any sweet fruits and any dark-green leaf vegetables. You can adjust the sweetness with either more fruits or raw agave nectar.
Best Cool Gazpacho
0,5kg fresh tomatoes
150g red bell peppers
7g fresh garlic
3 spoons of virgin olive oil
about 8g of fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil)
cayenne pepper to taste
7g unrefined sea salt
300ml (adjust the quantity to make the soup thicker or more liquid)
Put all ingredients in a blender and liquify. Yields 3 servings.
Spaghetti with Tomato-Sauce
Take two small zucchini and grade them with spiralizer to long curly noodles, or with a regular grater to the full lenght of the zucchini, to make the spaghetti
Put little bit of salt on them and let sit for a while - they will release excess water.
Sauce:
3 big fresh tomatoes
handfull of sundried tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 clove garlic
dash of raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 handfull of raisin
1/2 handfull of fresh basil
1 spoon of virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. The mixture can stay chunky. Adjust the amounts of the ingredients to taste. The sauce should be kind of thick - to make it thicker, add more sundried tomatoes to the mixture and blend.
Serve the sauce over the zucchini spaghetti. Yields 3 servings.
Live Pizza
You can buy the raw live pizza crust here at our shop, or you can make you own:
1 cup of ground flax seeds
1 cup of ground brazil nuts
3 big fresh tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
Process all in a food processor. The mixture should be thick enough. Spread the mixture in a circles about 1cm high on a teflex sheet or baking paper. Dehydrate at 42°C (in a dehydrator, low-temp set oven, on a heating on the sun) until fairly dry.
You can use the same sauce as for Spaghetti to spread on the pizzas, and garnish with as much vegetable as you like of any kind. Good tip is to decorate with raw peruvian olives.
Best Quick Salad
1 small zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
2 fresh tomatoes
1 hand full of fresh dill, parsley or basil (choose one)
2 spoons of hulled hemp seeds
Dice the vegetables, and stir in chopped fresh herbs. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and spray with liquid aminos. Easy and tasty!
Basic Salad Dressing
1/4 cup of raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
4 spoons of Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 spoon of raw agave nectar
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour over a big vegetable salad with plenty of leafy vegetables. You can adjust the taste of the dressing with ground black pepper and sea salt.
Delicious Cacao Pudding
3 bananas
1 avocado
1 spoon of raw cacao powder
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Adjust the thickness with either more bananas or avocado. Or put more cacao to make it more chocolate delight.
This recipe is very simple, but incredibly delicious! Eat with a spoon and indulge ... come back on Earth in about few hours.
You cann add frozen blueberries to it, or fresh mango and vanilla, to make the variations.
